Dan joined the team as a career change from finance and sales positions in the Cleveland area. Dan helped found and grow Small Business Technologies, Inc. (SBT) in 2002. Dan serves as a mentor to the SBT team and particularly enjoys the variety of opportunities and challenges afforded as a consultant and an account manager. His passion is helping businesses achieve their goals through the effective use of technology.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University with a major in Finance. He holds many certifications including NET+, ShoreTel, VMWare, Netgear, Cisco Certified Sales Expert, ITIL V3 Foundation, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician, Configuring Windows 8.1, and Entersays Certified Specialist Routing and Wireless Certifications.

Dan has served on the Advisory Committee for the IT curriculum at ITT Tech in Strongsville, OH since 2001. He is a member of the Northeast Ohio Small Business Server Partner Group, volunteers for Junior Achievement of America, and has most recently joined the Max Hayes High School Information Technology Advisory Committee.

Dan enjoys traveling across the country and abroad with his family. They have visited Italy, Switzerland, France and Scotland, as well as many U.S destinations. He is also heavily involved in leadership roles in his church and the Tres Dias Christian Community. Continuing the first love of his younger days, he always keeps an eye out for local and professional soccer activities and spends several evenings each week at a local gym.
